embroidery digitizing services, converting logos, artwork, and designs into
machine-readable embroidery files (DST, EXP, PES, etc.).

What We Do Not Offer:
✖ Physical embroidery
stitching (we provide digital files only)

Graphic design services (unless explicitly agreed upon)
Submission Requirements:

formats: AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG etc.

Clear, high-resolution
artwork for best results
·
Provide specific
instructions (stitch type, size, fabric, etc.)
Order Confirmation:

incur additional fees
3. Pricing
Pricing Structure:

rush orders, complex edits, or special requests
Refund Policy:

Before
Digitizing: Full refund if
cancellation is requested before work begins

After
Digitizing: No refunds once files
are delivered, but revisions are available (see Section 5)
4. File Delivery & Ownership
Delivery Time:

Standard: 12-24
hours (varies by complexity)

Rush: 4-8
hours (additional fee applies)
File Ownership:

You retain copyright
of submitted artwork
·
We retain no rights to
your final embroidery files

MN Embroidery
Digitizing reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless
otherwise requested
5. Revisions & Corrections
✔ Free Minor
Adjustments: (e.g., small stitch density changes)
✔ Major
Revisions: May incur additional fees (e.g., complete redesign
requests)
❌ No Revisions After 25 Days: Files are considered accepted if
no feedback is provided within a 25 days.
6. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree:

Submitted artwork is legally owned or licensed by you
✔
Not to upload offensive, copyrighted (without permission), or illegal content
✔
To provide accurate specifications to avoid errors
7. Limitation of Liability
MN Embroidery Digitizing is not liable for:

Embroidery results
affected by machine settings, fabric, or thread choices

Unintended design
outcomes due to unclear instructions

Third-party issues
(payment processors, email delivery, etc.)
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of
Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation before
legal action.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
